After the analysis of needs and possibilities of IT system in the part of the master data management, adjustments were made to remove the causes of duplication of master records and ultimately
- Reduced the number of items by 37% resulting in an easier and
- faster search of the codes and a smaller number of errors when receiving and issuing the goods.
- The procedure for entering new codes (master records) has been made and
- the entire procedure has been centralized in one service and thanks to the new procedure the number of duplicate entries has been reduced.
Upravljanje matičnim podacima – Elektrocentar Petek
Nakon provedene analize potreba i mogućnosti IT sustava u dijelu matičnih podataka izvršene su prilagodbe kojima su bili uklonjeni uzroci dupliranja matičnih slogova te je u konačnici
- smanjen broj šifara artikala za 37% što je rezultiralo lakšim i
- bržim pretraživanjem šifrarnika te manjim brojem grešaka kod zaprimanja i izdavanja.
- Napravljena je procedura za unos novih šifara (matičnih slogova) te je
