Business training in logistics:

Cooperation of the company Drezga d.o.o. and Mr. Zrilić from the company Logiko d.o.o. dates from 2008.

At that time, we attended the seminar “Inventory Management” and since then, there has been a completely different understanding of the supplies and their impact on the company’s stability.
Inspiring and inspirational lecture of Mr. Zrilić was an encouragement to engage him on the project Inventory Optimization, which proved to be one of the key steps to ease the effects of the emerging economy crisis on our company.

Project Inventory Optimization:

After a detailed screening of the present Inventory,ABC / XYZ analysis of items with detailed calculation of safety inventory was carried out, which brought several extremely important findings to management of the company. During the project, we have identified which part of the inventory is really salable and which represents “dead stock”, and based on these findings, we defined procedures that have reduced the creation of “dead stock” in the future. Calculating and precisely defining safety stock for each item in our assortment, in accordance with our company’s strategy, has allowed us to optimize inventory and reduce costs. Within the model for ordering a procedure with safety stock and the re-ordering point for each item was defined and the ordering process became faster and more accurate.”

“Mr. Zrilić was of great help also in implementing Microsoft NAV (Navision) as a central ERP program. His role was both practical and advisory – As an SAP consultant, he warned us of many possible traps in the implementation process, helping us in further understanding and practical everyday use. Since Navision did not cover all aspects of the management and supply optimization methodology that the company LOGIKO and Mr. Zrilić transferred to us through the safety Optimization Project, he helped us to transfer this methodology into an additional module in NAV.”
