The project Warehouse Process Optimization in the company ROTO DINAMIC was implemented in the period July 2014 – December 2014. Logiko helped management in setting up the new organizational structure of the company, defining the logistics position in the organizational matrix and finding and setting up the leading logistics staff.

Polleo Sport – Warehouse and inventory optimization
The Logistics Optimization Project at Polleo Sportwas implemented in the period July 2014 – February 2015. Logiko consultants followed the client through the relocation of the warehouse location and made warehouse preparation, layoutdesign, warehouse marking, definition of transport routes and zones. A complete logistic analysis of the process and structure of orders and items was made. Procedures for warehouse work were defined. Supplies were optimized, and the alignment of supplies structure with actual needs was done.
Tehnocentar – Optimizacija skladišta
Seminar je bio poučan inspirativan i pokrenuo je suradnju sa gosp. Zrilićem i njegovim timom suradnika i konzultanata u svrhu modernizacije našeg skladišta i procesa te optimizacije zaliha. U rujnu iste godine cijeli je projekt završen na zadovoljstvo svih uključenih u proces.

The seminar was instructive, inspirational, and initiated cooperation with Mr. Zrilić and his team of associates and consultants for modernizing our warehouse and processes and optimizing supplies. In September of the same year, the whole project was completed to the satisfaction of all who were involved in the process.

Na osnovu rada sa LOGIKO metodom upravljanja zalihama i modulom koji je na osnovu nje razvijen, zalihe su smanjene za 20%. Ova činjenica nam je pomogla da smanjimo troškove logistike i relativno bezbolno premostimo recesiju koja je dolazila. Više ne možemo zamisliti praćenje zaliha i naručivanje bez ovog iznimno korisnog alata.
Ono što je još važnije je činjenica da je uz smanjenje troškova istovremeno porastao nivo usluge prema našim kupcima.
Postavljanje modela pomoći kod naručivanja, omogućilo je rasterećenje operativne nabave dugotrajnog i zamornog postupka naručivanja. Sada trošimo dvostruko manje vremena na naručivanje.
