Projekt Optimizacija skladišnih procesa u tvrtki ROTO DINAMIC izveden je u razdoblju 07/2014 – 12/2014. Logiko je pomogao menadžmentu u postavljanju nove organizacijske strukture poduzeća, definiranje pozicije logistike u organizacijskoj matrici te pronalaženje i uspostave vodećeg kadra logistike.

ROTO DINAMIC – Warehouse Process Optimization
The project Warehouse Process Optimization in the company ROTO DINAMIC was implemented in the period July 2014 – December 2014. Logiko helped management in setting up the new organizational structure of the company, defining the logistics position in the organizational matrix and finding and setting up the leading logistics staff.

Seminar je bio poučan inspirativan i pokrenuo je suradnju sa gosp. Zrilićem i njegovim timom suradnika i konzultanata u svrhu modernizacije našeg skladišta i procesa te optimizacije zaliha. U rujnu iste godine cijeli je projekt završen na zadovoljstvo svih uključenih u proces.

The seminar was instructive, inspirational, and initiated cooperation with Mr. Zrilić and his team of associates and consultants for modernizing our warehouse and processes and optimizing supplies. In September of the same year, the whole project was completed to the satisfaction of all who were involved in the process.
Husqvarna – Inventory Optimization
“Based on the work with LOGIKO inventory management the inventory was reduced by 20%. This fact helped us to reduce the cost of logistics and overcome the recession that went relatively painlessly. We can no longer imagine inventory tracking and ordering without this extremely useful tool.
What is even more importantis the fact that besides the cost reduction, the level of customer service has increased at the same time. Setting up a help model with ordering enabled facilitation of the operational procurement and shortened the long and tiresome ordering procedure. Now, we spend 50% less time for ordering.
