LIM SAMOBOR – ABC and production planning

We definitely have to recommend the consultants Antonio Zrilić and Zoran Đurđević who have led the teams in a professional and competent manner, transferred their knowledge and established processes that quickly started to produce remarkable results in team interaction and their competences.

In the period from May 2015 to April 2016, after the intensive investment activities, LIM Samobor carried out a project of stabilization and optimization of business processes. The project encompassed all business processes of the company, and the focus was on reducing costs. The main objectives of the project were:

  • Stabilize total business by optimizing individual processes
  • Reducing production, procurement and indirect costs
  • Better capacity utilization

The project involved a large number of employees from sales, procurement, production and logistics departments. Project activities were coordinated by LOGIKO CONSULTING. The results were more than excellent:

  • Using Activity Based Costingmethod hidden costs of production have been identified
  • It was achieved a high degree of integration among teams, which resulted in
  • More precise plans and better capacity utilization
