In cooperation with the company Logomatika, LOGIKO has designed and made a new way of implementing production processes in Aluflexpack company. The project was designed to prepare production processes for their computerization and automation through all phases of production and in several factories of the AFP Group. As it is well known “the only thing worse than a bad process is a bad automated process”.
